Adeline’s Catering is a restaurant serving authentic Filipino food in the world’s largest village, Skokie (Illinois, Chicago).  Adeline’s first started as a Filipino store run by Victor Ricolcol in October 1999.  It was doing well until the 9/11 tragedy in the USA.  Things have changed after the 9/11 terror attack in the USA.  Adeline’s moved to its present location in 4016 Main St. Skokie, Illinois in 2004 and started to cook Filipino food.

The authentic Filipino food served in Adeline’s has won the hearts of the many Filipinos who are longing to taste again the food they have used to eat back in the Philippines and the Americans who have always been curious and charmed with the food that originated from the Philippines.

Victor was driven by passion, determination and self-motivation as he defies the new business climate in the American economy.  He gives credit to the quality of food and customer service in Adeline’s for it has remained strong in the business for twelve (12) long years.  Adeline’s was able to gain customer loyalty because of this – high quality food and services and yet affordable.

Victor has a lot of plans for Adeline’s Catering so watch out for that. Like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter to keep you posted.
